Dermatonics is registered as a medical device for the treatment and prevention of anhydrosis, or rough dry feet. It is also very effective means of maintaining the condition of foot skin. Dermatonics Heel Balm contains 25% urea in a rich emollient base and is free of perfume and parabens. Mode of action: Urea acts by a physical process and is known to be a humectant water to the stratum cornuem and has keratolytic properties to break down the bonding of the keratin. Lanolin penetrates to the deeper layers of the skin where it acts as a highly effective moisturiser. Indications: For use on rough dry thickened skin on the sole of the foot. Dermatonics is non-greasy and easy to apply. |
