Covid-19 Ordering - FAQs

Thank you for your continued support and patience during these unprecedented times.  We are facing extremely high demand for Hygiene and PPE products at present and are continually working to get supply of these products into our warehouse and out to you as quickly as possible.   

Can I be put on a waiting list for Hygiene and PPE products?

Due to the overwhelming demand for PPE and hygiene related products we are unable to compile and manage a waiting list.  Products that are expected into us within the next 30 days are available to pre order through the website.  If the item is not available on the website pre ordering is not currently possible.

 
Please can you give me an update on the status of my order? 

We are operating with a limited team in our warehouse in order to maintain social distancing.  Unfortunately this means we are unable to offer Next Day Delivery at present.  Orders are normally despatched within 3 days.  Couriers are facing extremely high demand at the moment which means it may take longer for them to process your delivery.   If your order was placed for in stock items then it should arrive within 7-10 working days.  If your order included a mixture of in stock and pre order items it will be despatched when the pre order items arrive into us. 

Pre Order Items 

All Pre Order products are clearly marked on our website with a Pre order graphic, you will also find within the product description information of when this product is expected to arrive into us.  We are unable to provide further information on arrival dates of pre order items beyond the information provided within the product information on the website.       

My order has been dispatched via Royal Mail can I track this?

Unfortunately the service used only provides information once delivery has been attempted or completed. Increased volume is resulting in delivery time of 3-7 days from the date of dispatch. Please report undelivered orders which exceed this timeframe. 

My order is being returned to you, can I have my order re delivered?

Please email your order reference number and confirm the required delivery address. We will arrange redelivery once received back from the courier. If you require your order urgently, please place a second order and notify us of the duplicate order and we will credit the original order to your account once it is returned by the courier. 

Have you received my return?

Please note due to limited personal returns may take up to 14 days to be processed. You will receive email notification once your return has been processed.
