Taking steps to support you - COVID 19


In these challenging times we are doing all we can to support our customers and employees.  We have taken the following steps to allow us to continue to supply as many customers as possible.

  1. Only supplying healthcare professionals, any new customers will be required to provide evidence they are a healthcare professional. 
  2. Sourcing from a large number of suppliers to retain continuity of supply.
  3. Bringing in different brands of the same items if existing brands become unavailable.
  4. Limiting order quantities of certain items if needed (by restricting large orders we can maintain supply to more of our customers).
  5. All Canonbury members of staff are keeping up to date with Government and PHE advice and following all instructed guidelines. 
  6. To ensure we have stock available to buy when you want it, we have temporarily suspended all credit accounts. In order for us to ship your order we will require payment in full and up front.  This will allow us to continue to bring in stock and maintain availability.
