The Kiato Sterile Gouge Blades are CE marked and made of sterilised Swiss carbon steel with a perfectly shaped profile for surgical precision in corn removal. The blades offer durable sharpness with smooth cutting.

With decades of experience, Kiato was the second manufacturer in the world to produce gouge blades. They are single use and individually packed in colour coded foil packs with a protective VCI liner. The precision-engineered gouge blades can be used with a standard metal handle of fitment 3 or with round collet handles made of either stainless steel or aluminium.

How to Use Kiato Sterile Gouge Blades

1, Peel half the individual foil pack apart in a sterile area to allow the bladed to be exposed, keeping the blade within the sterile pack.

2, Carefully remove from the pack and attach the blade to a metal handle by sliding the blade into the handles`s slot.

3, Use the sterile gouge blade as required, ensuring that you use each blade once only.

4, Safely dispose of the blade after use in a proper sharps bin.
