It is possible make payment with your order by Debit Card or Credit Card when you reach the checkout. All customers with credit account facilities will also have the option to pay on account.
For customers who prefer to pay on account there are many different ways in which you can make payment for individual invoices or your account balance.
Payment by card can be made at the time of ordering either over the phone or online. Alternatively you can make payment for an individual invoice or your account balance either over the phone or online, through the my account section on this website.

You can pay directly in to our bank account using BACS or CHAPS or Online banking. Please contact our Accounts Department for details on 01280 843888 opt 2. The account department is open Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
We also offer the option of payment by Direct Debit which gives you up to 45 days credit and means only one monthly payment being taken from your account. Direct Debits are collected on or around the 15th of each month for the balance of the account as at the last day of the month before. Invoices will continue to be sent after each order as usual and a statement will be sent on or around the 1st of the month to advise you of the amount to be collected.
Due to the ongoing Coronavirus measures and our need to ensure we have stock available to buy when you want it, we have temporarily suspended all credit accounts (with the exception of NHS). In order for us to ship your order we will require payment in full and up front. Once we are through this challenging time we will look to re-engage your credit account.
