FAQs:

What daily tests need to be performed?
You should conduct a manual vacuum penetration test before your first clinic cycle every day. Use a Helix Test Strip to confirm deep vacuum steam penetration or a Bowie-Dick Test Pack on a wrapped cycle.
Do these machines meet UK/EU infection control standards?
Yes. They are medical-grade Class B fractionated sterilisers fully compliant with HTM 01-05 (Dental), HTM 2010, BS EN13060, and MDD 93/42/EEC.
What kind of water should I use?
You must use distilled or demineralised water. Tap water will cause immediate limescale buildup in the internal steam generator, clogging the solenoid valves and invalidating your warranty.
Does the autoclave need a permanent mains water hookup?
No. The New Generation benchtop units feature manual-fill internal reservoirs (holding between 2.5L and 3.5L depending on capacity) and do not require plumbing.

Note: The machine must be levelled correctly on a flat countertop. It requires at least 10 cm of clearance on all sides and 20 cm of clearance at the top to ensure proper thermal ventilation.
