FAQs:

Can the Enigma sterilize hollow or pouched instruments?
Yes. Because it features a true Class B fractionated vacuum system, it uses a vacuum pump to completely pull air out of the chamber. This permits full steam penetration into complex loads, hollow devices, self-seal sterilization pouches, and porous materials like drapes.
Does the machine require engineer installation on-site?
No. The Enigma is explicitly designed for straightforward customer setup. It functions out of the box using the provided operator manual and setup guidance without requiring dedicated plumbing lines.
What water type must I use to fill the reservoir?
You must strictly use distilled water. Tap water or standard bottled water contains minerals that quickly leave hard scale deposits, causing performance declines or structural damage to the heating elements
How do I maintain my compliance logs?
The Enigma handles data tracking automatically. Every cycle's technical readings are processed and can be stored using either the built-in thermal printer or the integrated internal USB data logger.
How often should mandatory vacuum testing be executed?
Its recommended to run a performance test on the first cycle of every working day using a Bowie-Dick test package or a Helix Testing Strip.
