High-absorbency Manuka honey dressing for moderate to heavily exuding wounds
A premium, super-absorbent Manuka honey dressing designed to manage higher levels of exudate while actively supporting wound bed cleansing and healing.
Key features:
• Highest concentration of medical-grade Manuka honey
• Super-absorbent, cross-linked gelling fibre for moderate to heavy exudate
• Absorbs exudate, debris and necrotic tissue into the dressing
• Helps reduce wound odour
• Low pH (3.0–4.5) supports an optimal healing environment
• Stimulates autolytic debridement
• Flexible and comfortable
• Wear time: up to 5 days (depending on exudate level)
• No secondary absorptive dressing required
Best suited for:
Venous leg ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, pressure ulcers, surgical and arterial wounds with higher exudate levels.

Delivery Rates
The following rates apply to items under 30kg and so exclude chairs, couches, units, and large autoclaves:

• Free delivery for orders over £75.00 (ex VAT)
• For orders under £75.00 (ex VAT): £6.49 (ex VAT)
Northern Ireland
• £10.50 surcharge for orders over £75.00 (ex VAT)
• £15 surcharge for orders under £75.00 (ex VAT)
Highlands, Islands and Channel Islands
• £13 surcharge for orders over £75.00 (ex VAT)
• £18 surcharge for orders under £75.00 (ex VAT)
