It features softer "Shock Dots" for shock absorption at the balls of the feet (the metatarsal head). It has a soft and wide centred gel pad raised for metatarsal relief. The silicone base is hard wearing to prolong the life of the insole, and will not flatten.
This insole is designed for dress shoes and high heels. Can be trimmed to match shape.
