Order Dispatch

Canonbury aims to dispatch smaller items (under 30kg) ordered before 2pm on the same working day via courier or First Class post, subject to stock availability. Same day dispatch is not guaranteed.
If your order is urgent and requires same day dispatch, please contact our Sales Office on 01280 706661 when placing your order - additional charges may apply.
Please note: This service does not apply to larger items such as chairs, couches, units, and large autoclaves. Dispatch times and delivery options for these items vary - please contact our Sales Office for further details.

Large Equipment Deliveries

For delivery options, lead times, and charges on chairs, couches, units, large autoclaves and single items over 30kg, please contact our Sales Office on 01280 706661. Charges will vary based on delivery service, location, and timing.
Important: A Pre-Delivery Questionnaire must be completed before arranging equipment deliveries. This ensures access is suitable and supports the health and safety of our delivery teams.

Delivery Rates

The following rates apply to items under 30kg and so exclude chairs, couches, units, and large autoclaves:

Mainland UK
•    Free delivery for orders over £50.00 (ex VAT) 
•    For orders under £50.00 (ex VAT): £6.49 (ex VAT)

Northern Ireland
•    £10.50 surcharge for orders over £75.00 (ex VAT) 
•    £15 surcharge for orders under £75.00 (ex VAT)

Highlands, Islands and Channel Islands
•    £13 surcharge for orders over £75.00 (ex VAT) 
•    £18 surcharge for orders under £75.00 (ex VAT)
