The Gelx Thin Forefoot Cushion helps to relieve the burning sensation under the metatarsal heads. It is constructed from a 2mm thin layer of gel on both sides of fabric.

Canonbury aims to dispatch smaller items (under 30kg) ordered before 3pm on the same working day via courier or First Class post, subject to stock availability. Same day dispatch is not guaranteed.
