Clutch Assembly Baehr Pur/Neo 40400 replacement set comes with a silicone holder, a damper, a coupling, a flat special tool, and the front part itself.
- Power Off: Turn off the device at the main switch and disconnect it from the power source.
- Access the Handpiece: Unscrew the handpiece sleeve.
- Detach the Motor: Carefully separate the motor from the plug connection. Slip the provided silicone holder onto the motor so you have a firm grip.
- Remove the Old Part: Pull the damper off the front section. Use the flat special tool to unscrew and remove the old front section and cross-coupling counter-clockwise.
- Install the New Part: Place the new coupling onto the motor, then screw on the new front section clockwise and tighten it hand-fast with the special tool.
- Replace Damper & Reconnect: Slide the damper back on so its flat end sits at the lower edge of the front piece. (Moisten with an alcohol-free wipe if it is a tight fit).
- Remove the silicone holder, plug the motor back into the connector, and screw the outer sleeve back on.

• Free delivery for orders over £75.00 (ex VAT)
• For orders under £75.00 (ex VAT): £6.49 (ex VAT)
Northern Ireland
• £10.50 surcharge for orders over £75.00 (ex VAT)
• £15 surcharge for orders under £75.00 (ex VAT)
Highlands, Islands and Channel Islands
• £13 surcharge for orders over £75.00 (ex VAT)
• £18 surcharge for orders under £75.00 (ex VAT)
