ZeroSole Customisable Insole
ZeroSole is a customisable offloading insole designed to reduce pressure beneath painful corns and calluses. Developed by UK podiatrists, it provides targeted pressure relief by allowing individual hexagonal components to be removed precisely where offloading is required.
A double-sided sticker transfers the location of the affected area onto the insole. The marked components can then be pressed out by hand, with no specialist tools required. The distinctive hexagonal cell design helps the remaining components stay securely in place under shear and compression.
ZeroSole can provide between 6 and 8 months of use before replacement may be needed, subject to individual activity levels. This makes it a more cost-effective long-term option than repeatedly replacing corn plasters or felt padding.
The insole can be trimmed to fit most conventional footwear and is suitable for professional dispensing or continued use by the patient at home.
