Medihoney® HCS is an all in one dressing combining the unique properties of medical grade Manuka honey with a hydrogel sheet containing superabsorbent polymers.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

63% active Manuka* honey offers proven antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory actions.
An all in one low profile dressing (adhesive version) ensures ease of application, suitable under compression.
Gentle release of honey into the wound provides a low pH environment and autolytic debridement, encouraging faster wound healing.
Absorption of exudate into the dressing is as a solid gel, thus maximises wear time and minimising dressing changes.
Highly flexible, transparent dressing offers a soothing and cooling effect on application, improving patient comfort.
Atraumatic removal minimises disruption to the wound, reducing pain.
Can be cut to treat different shaped wounds and around exit tube sites.
